Texas Longhorns got screwed. No if’s, and’s or but’s about it -

Put yourself in Texas Head Coach Mack Brown’s shoes. You beat Oklahoma soundly on a neutral field. You lost to Texas Tech on the last play of a miracle game in Lubbock Texas after your team rallied from down double digits in the second half. You played 4 Top 11 teams in a row.

Yet you aren’t even invited to the Big 12 Title game.

And, worse, the team you beat IS headed to the Big 12 Title game. What gives?

The Texas Longhorns got screwed. There’s no “if’s, and’s, or but’s about it”

The Big 12 made a huge mistake and they need to allow these decisions to be made ON THE FIELD.

Last time I checked, the Texas Longhorns BEAT the Oklahoma Sooners head to head. Mano y mano.

Isn’t that what college football is all about? So WHY, WHY isn’t Texas in the Big 12 Title game?

  1. Holy Cow! I was so mad when Texas got screwed over by the BCS!

It doesn’t make any sense. Why should Texas not play in the Big 12 Title game when they BEAT Oklahoma?

This whole system is messed up!

  2. This is so true. Even though I am a Red Raider fan, Texas is the team that belongs there. Hope the Tigers take care of business against Oklahoma and really drive the system crazy. Can’t stand Stoops anyway. He seems to always be crying about something. This weekend I am a Tiger fan. Go Mizzou!!!
