Here’s my picks for the NFL’s Top 10 Fantasy Football QB’s in 2009 -
#1 – Drew Brees. The guy is a throwing machine and was one throw away from breaking Dan Marino’s single season yardage record. He’s a Fantasy Football dream!
#2 – Peyton Manning. With Marvin Harrison gone, Peyton will have to pick up his pace. Sleeper WR? Austin Collie.
#3 – Jay Cutler. Former Mr. Bronco brings nothing but love to Chicago. I expect Jay to absolutely smash it in the NFC.
#4 – Tom Brady. He wants it again. Big-time. Don’t ever expect less of a 3 time Super Bowl champion.
#5 – Phillip Rivers. Breakout season last year – expect more of the same.
#6 – Kurt Warner. How can you pick against the aerial attack of the Cardinals?
#7 – Brett Favre. ???? Did I really say that? Yes! Brett Favre! He’ll wake up somewhere and throw for 3,800 yards!
#8 – Eli Manning. Not the greatest QB in the family, but he’ll be able to make 2 TD games common place.
#9 – Matt Cassell. Expect great things out in Kansas City. He’ll be at the 4,000 yard mark at the end of this season.
#10 – Matt Ryan. He’s got a tougher road – teams will game plan much better against him. Still – he’s so smart. 26 TD’s+.
