I’ve seen quite a few football commercials over the years. I’ve watched Peyton Manning laugh in Visa commercials and I’ve seen LT & Troy Polamalu go at it in Nike commercials.

As good as those commercials were? This one tops them all. Football is the gladiators sport of the 21st century.

So, on this crucial 3rd and 9 play – who did Tony Romo turn to? Terrell Owens? T.O. – the whining superstar? Or, Jason Witten – the guy with multiple drops over the past couple games?

Tony Romo chose Jason Witten. Witten made an exciting catch and stretched past the first down marker as the Giants defender was wrapped around his legs. Result of the play? Dallas Cowboys first down – game over.
